Where the River Meets the Hills - where mornings begin in quiet wonder and the day unfolds gently across the Tuscan countryside.
Just a short drive downhill from Villa Giuseppe, the Serchio River winds gently through the valley, reflecting the light and rhythm of Tuscany.
Bathed in sunlight and filled with the scent of fresh herbs, Villa Giuseppe’s kitchen is where meals turn into memories. Soft green cabinets, terracotta floors, and open doors to the terrace make every breakfast, lunch, or long dinner feel like a celebration of simple, beautiful living.
Villa Giuseppe offers private parking beside the house, with space for up to four cars — At the front, a sunlit terrace with a bench, bistro set and outdoor dining table to soak up the sweeping views. And on the other side of the house a rural garden of olive trees and a private swimming pool.
Every detail at Villa Giuseppe has been thoughtfully considered - blending comfort, practicality, and the quiet luxury of Tuscan living.
Please note that some areas of the house and garden are not safe for young children to be unsupervised. Open stairs inside with no stairgate, uneven ground in some outside areas, wooden stairs and pool decking that can get hot in summer, no fencing around the swimming pool, and steep slopes in some parts of the large garden that should not be explored. This is a beautiful, rural setting but care should be taken with young children and shoes should be worn at all times.
As the light softens and the day fades, Villa Giuseppe becomes quiet again. The scent of rosemary lingers in the air, the hills rest under gold and violet skies, and the warmth of the day gives way to calm. This is the rhythm of life here — unhurried, gentle, and entirely your own.
