House Rules

Villa Giuseppe is a family home, shared with care. These house rules are in place to ensure a comfortable, respectful stay for all guests and to help preserve the calm and character of the house and its surroundings.

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: From 4:00 pm
  • Check-out: By 10:00 am
  • Please respect check-out times to allow for careful cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Occupancy

  • The property may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Day visitors or overnight guests not included in the booking are not permitted without prior approval.

Quiet Hours

  • Villa Giuseppe is located in a peaceful rural setting.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
  • Loud music, parties, and events are not permitted.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
  • If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly and with care.

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to arrival.

Pool & Outdoor Areas

  • Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
  • Use of the pool is entirely at guests’ own risk.
  • Please respect the natural surroundings and avoid damaging plants, trees, or outdoor furniture.

Care of the Property

  • Please treat the house, furnishings, and contents with care.
  • Any breakages or damage should be reported as soon as possible.
  • Excessive cleaning, damage, or loss may result in additional charges.

Safety

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of any children in their care.
  • Please take care on stairs, terraces, and uneven outdoor surfaces.
  • Do not tamper with safety equipment or electrical systems.
